Seorang Presiden berkata kepada tukang sapu di istana, "Coba buat sebuah kejutan padaku, dan kemudian buat pula permintaan maaf atas kejutan itu yang jauh lebih mengejutkan lagi".
Begitulah, beberapa hari kemudian Sang Presiden sedang berdiri di jendela Istana, memandang keindahan taman di bawahnya. Dengan berjingkat-jingkat si tukang sapu mendekat lalu mencubit pantat Sang Presiden.
"Hei, gila, apa-apaan ini !" teriak Presiden dengan sangat terkejut.
"Oh, maaf, Bapak Presiden," sahut si tukang sapu. "Tadinya saya sangka Bapak adalah Ibu Negara .... "
